Being stuck is never a problem. Moving out is the deal. Even solids do that under applied pressure. Liquids readily acquire the shape of the container, that's another thing! Let's not even discuss the free-spiritedness of gases! But you, my darling, are possibly made up of all three states of matter. You have it all within yourself. You pick it up.
